高效液相色谱法测定保健品中β-胡萝卜素

摘　　要：目的:建立不同剂型保健品中(片剂样品、粉末状样品及油状样品)β-胡萝卜素的提取方法,同时采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。方法:样品用水溶解破膜,以三氯甲烷提取,处理过程中加入维生素C及焦性没食子酸抗氧化,用HPLC测定β-胡萝卜素的含量。结果:本法的线性范围为0.01 mg/L～10.0 mg/L,相关系数为0.9997,检测限为0.005 mg/L,含微胶囊的片剂,粉状,油状样及不含微胶囊的油状样品平均加标回收率分别为91.4%,96.3%,89.8%,101.8%,平均相对标准偏差分别为3.59%,3.17%,4.87%,2.86%。结论:本法操作简单,提取效率高,能有效降低前处理过程中氧化损失,是一种测定保健品中的β-胡萝卜素的可靠方法。Objective：To develop different methods for β-carotene extraction in tablet samples,powder samples and oily samples,and theβ-carotene was determined by HPLC.Methods： β-carotene were extracted with chloroform after microcapsule membrane was ruptured by water.Vitamin C and pyrogallic acid were added during the whole process to prevent oxidation,thenβ-carotene conten in samples was determined by HPLC.Results： The linear range of β-carotene was 0.01 mg/L^10.0 mg/L,r=0.9997.The detection limit of β-carotene was 0.005 mg/L.The average recoveries were from 89.8% to 101.8%,with RSD less than 4.87%.Conclusion： The method is simple,sensitive,accuracy and reliable in determination of β-carotene in health care products.
