摘  要:目的:建立一种快速准确的微波消解-原子吸收法用于测定干香菇中镉的含量。方法:采用微波消解对样品进行前处理,应用石墨炉原子吸收法,以磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂测定干香菇中镉的含量。结果:通过正交设计,在优化的最佳消解和反应检测条件下,镉浓度范围在0μg/L~5μg/L内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.036μg/L,样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.6%,加标回收率为92.0%~95.0%。结论:该方法简便快速、准确灵敏,适用于干香菇中镉的含量.Objective:To establish a rapid and accurate microwave digestion-atomic absorption method to measure the content of cadmium in dry mushrooms.Methods: After sample pretreatment by microwave digestion,the content of cadmium in dry mushrooms was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption method with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as matrix modifier.Results: Based on the orthogonal design,the optimization of the best resolution and response testing conditions,cadmium showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0 μg/L^5 μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the detection limit was 0.036 μg/L,relative standard deviation(RSD) was 6.6%,the labeled recovery is 92.0%~95.0%.Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive,it is suitable for detection of cadmium level in dry mushrooms.
