摘  要:目的:测定七大产区的枸杞子微量元素的含量,为药材质量评价提供依据。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法对宁夏、甘肃、内蒙、新疆、青海、山东、河北这七大产区的枸杞子中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn元素的含量进行测定。结果:Fe元素含量宁夏最高,甘肃次之,内蒙最低;Cu元素含量河北、山东较高,青海最低;Zn元素含量山东、宁夏较高,甘肃最低;Mn元素含量青海最高、山东次之,内蒙最低。结论:枸杞子具有益肝、补肾、生精、益气、明目的作用,这可能与它含有丰富的微量元素有一定的关系。同时,测定结果显示:各地的枸杞子微量元素含量略有差异,说明枸杞子中微量元素含量与枸杞子的品种和产地存在一定相关性。Objective:To determine the trace elements levels in Lycium barbarum in seven large producing areas,in order to provide a basis for quality evaluation of medicinal materials.Methods: The atomic absorption spectrophotometry was employed to determine the contents of Fe,Cu,Zn and Mn in Lycium barbarum in Ningxia,Gansu,Neimeng,Xinjiang,Qinghai,Shandong,Hebei,seven large producing areas.Results: The content of Fe was highest in Ningxia,followed by Gansu and Neimeng in turn;Cu content was higher in Hebei and Shandong,while lowest in Qinghai;Zn content was high in Shandong and Ningxia,but lowest in Gansu;Mn content from high to low was Qinghai,Shandong,Neimeng.Conclusion: The Lycium barbarum has beneficial function in liver,kidney,essence production,tonifying qi and eye,this may be profit from containing rich trace elements.At the same time,the measurement results showed that the Lycium barbarum had slight difference in the contents of the trace elements in different areas,indicating the correlation between the trace element contents and the producing area and varieties of Lycium barbarum.
