鼻负压置换疗法治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察鼻负压置换疗法治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法将120例慢性鼻窦炎患儿随机分为对照组(60例)和治疗组(60例),对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组除常规治疗外,同时采用鼻负压置换疗法。结果治疗组患儿总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组(73.3%)。治疗组患儿并发症发生率为13.3%,显著低于对照组(36.7%)。结论鼻负压置换疗法治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效好、并发症发生率低、小儿易接受,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Proetz displacement in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in chil dren. Methods 120 children patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into the control group（n=60） and the treatment group（n=60）. The control group used the routine treatment,in addition to the routine treatment,the treatment group adopted Proetz displacement. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0% ,which was significantly higher than the control group （73.3%）. In the meantime, the incidence rate of complications in the treatment group was 13.3%, which obviously lower than the control group（36.7%）. Conclusion Proetz displacement has a good clinical effect for treating chronic sinusitis in children with few complications ,which is easily accepted by children and worth to be promoted.
