摘 要:爆炸试验总会伴随较强的冲击和振动,这些冲击和振动常使一些电子测量设备工作异常或被损坏,或使测试波形失真。在某航天器级间段爆炸试验中,由于试验件要进行爆炸切割分离,会产生较强的瞬间冲击和振动,这种冲击和振动会使传感器被损坏,造成测量失败。为了提高这个试验环境下传感器的存活率,保证尽可能多地获得试验波形,利用橡胶作为减振材料,设计了一种加工容易、安装方便的传感器减振结构,有效地提高了传感器的存活率。The explosion experiment always goes with strong shock and vibration, which often causes abnormality or damage to some electronic measuring equipment or distortion to the test waveforms. In an explosion experiment of spacecraft interstage sections, the explosive cutting separation to the test piece would engender strong and transient vibration and impulse, thus damaging the sensor for measuring mechanical parameters and leading to failure of the measurement. In order to increase the survival rate of the sensors in such an experimental environment and obtain as many experimental data as possible, using rubber as the damping material, a damping structure for the sensors has been designed, which is easy to process and install and has improved the survival rate of the sensors effectively.
