摘　　要：目的　研究 p16蛋白在胃癌和癌前病变 (不典型增生、慢性萎缩性胃炎及慢性消化性胃溃疡 )中的表达。方法　采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白—过氧化物酶连接法 (S -P)。结果　p16蛋白阳性表达 :胃癌 47.5 4% (5 8/12 2 ) ,癌前病变 90 .0 0 % (72 /80 ) ,正常胃粘膜 96 .2 5 % (77/80 ) ,高分化腺癌 37.93 % (11/2 9) ,低分化腺癌 5 1.2 2 % (2 1/41) ,未分化癌 5 7.6 9% (15 /2 6 ) ,印戒细胞癌 6 2 .5 0 % (10 /16 ) ,粘液腺癌 10 .0 0 % (1/10 )。结论　p16蛋白表达 :胃癌组与正常对照组及癌前病变组间的差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;粘液腺癌与低分化腺癌、未分化腺癌及印戒细胞癌之间的差异也均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To investigate the expression of p16 protein in gastric carcinoma and premalignat lesions including dysplastic gastric mucosa,chronic atrophic gastritis and chronic peptic ulcer.Methods The expression of p16 protein was examined with streptoavidin peroxidase conjugated method(S-P) in gastric carcinoma and premalignant lesions.Results Expression of p16 protein was detected in 47.54% of the gastric carcinomas,90.00%(72/80) of the premalignant lesions,96.25%(77/80) of the normal gastric mucosa,37.93%(11/29) of the well differentiated carcinomas,51.22%(21/41)of the poorly differentiated carcinomas,57.69%(15/26)of the undifferentiated carcinomas,62.50%(10/16)of the signet ring cell carcinomas and 10.00%(1/10) of the mucoid carcinomas.Conclusions The positive rate of p16 protein expression in gastic carcinoma is significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa and gastric premalignant lesions mucosa(P<0.05).The positive rate of p16 protein expression in mucoid carcinoma is significantly lower than that in poorly differentiated carcinoma、undifferentiated carcinoma and signet rign cell carcinoma.
