急性脑出血、脑梗塞患者血清白介素6含量及周围血白细胞动态变化的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨急性脑出血、脑梗塞患者血清白介素 6(IL- 6)含量及周围血白细胞(WBC)计数动态变化。方法 :用双抗体夹心 ELISA法对急性脑梗塞和急性脑出血患者血清 IL- 6及周围血 WBC进行检测。结果 :脑梗塞组、脑出血组血清 IL- 6水平及周围血 WBC计数均增高 ,与对照组比较 ,差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5) ;周围血 WBC计数脑出血组高于脑梗塞组 ,差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5) ,血清 IL- 6水平两组间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5)。脑梗塞组、脑出血组血清 IL- 6水平在发病第 1天明显升高且达到高峰 ,周围血 WBC计数在发病第 3天明显升高且达到高峰。急性脑梗塞、脑出血患者血清 IL- 6水平与周围血 WBC计数存在相关性 (r=0 .4,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :脑卒中早期存在较强的炎症反应和免疫反应。Objective:To investigate the tendencies of change of leukocytes in the peripheral blood and interleukin 6(IL 6)in the serum with acute Brain infarct and intracerebral hemorrhage Methods:By using the method ELISA, we serially measured the serum levels of IL 6 and counted the number of leukocytes in peripheral blood in patients with acute Brain infarct and intracerebral hemorrhage.Result:The level of IL 6 and the leukocyte number in patient group were significantly higher than controls (P<0.05).When compared between the patient groups, the leukocytes in hemorrhage group were significantly higher than the infarction's (P<0.05).While the IL 6 level were not different statistically. In both of the patient groups, the IL 6 level got the peak at day 1,and the leukocyte number got the peak at day 3(P<0.05).The IL 6 level was corretated with the leukocyte number in acute Brain infarct and intracerebral hemorrhage (r=0.4;P<0.01).Conclusion:There are stonger inflamation reaction and immune reaction in actue cerebrovascular disease.
