境外体育基金会运作方式对管理体制创新的借鉴意义

摘　　要：探讨创新中国社会体育组织运作方式,为社会体育组织的改革与发展提供咨询。采用文献研究法、个案研究法等,对我国现有的体育基金会运作性质作三种类型分类,借鉴境外体育基金会在运行模式的理念,创新本土体育基金会的发展思路。主要政策建议:一是境外体育基金会给社会组织领域带来的新的理念和操作手段,甚至引发组织管理创新;二是境外体育基金会为我国体育慈善注入了新的公益理念,对体育的理解、体育的力量增加了新的注解和元素,可以成为我国体育慈善思想不断丰富的源泉之一;三是未来社区体育基金会作为体育慈善的补充会走向前台。In order to explore the innovation of operating way of China＇ s social sports foundation and to provide consultation to the reform of social sports organization, this paper puts forward the developing ideas of innovating local sports foundation with drawing lessons from overseas sports foundation. The main suggestions include, firstly, overseas sports foundations brought new ideas and methods to us. Secondly, overseas sports foundations infused new ideas of public service, and enriched sport charity ideas in China. Thirdly, the community sports foundations will develop as the supplement of sports charity in the future.
