综合护理干预对60例老年期抑郁性障碍患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对老年期抑郁性障碍的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月～12月我科住院的老年期抑郁性障碍患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各30例。两组给予常规治疗和护理。实验组在此基础上给予综合护理干预。分别于治疗2、4、8周末,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定患者状况,比较两组的疗效。结果两组干预后HAMD评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预对老年期抑郁性障碍患者疗效显著,可应用于临床。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients withdepressive disorder. Method From January to December 2012 in our hospital, 60 elderly hospitalized patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into control group and experimental group （30 cases each）. Two grotlps were given routine therapy and nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention was added in the experimental group, in 2nd weeks, 4th weeks, 8th and 12th weeks, the Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） was used to assess patients condition. Results Compared with the control group, experimental group effica- cy and HAMD scores had significant differences （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with depressive disorder was distinct, which had great application for clinical use.
