心理护理结合放松训练对广泛性焦虑症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理结合放松训练对广泛性焦虑症(GAD)的疗效。方法将80例GAD患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。在药物治疗和常规心理护理的基础上,研究组配合放松训练。于治疗前及治疗第2、4、6周采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定疗效。结果同组比较,第2、4、6周两组HAMA评分与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗第2、4、6周研究组SAS及SDS评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗第4、6周对照组SAS及SDS评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗第4、6周两组HAMA评分有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组第2、4、6周SAS、SDS评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论心理护理结合放松训练能有效改善患者的焦虑情绪,提高临床疗效。Objective This study aimed to analyze the relaxation training combined with psychological nursing for generalized anxiety disorder treatment. Methods：80 cases of generalized anxiety disorder with anxiety disorder patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, the anxiolytic drug treatment, study group to relaxation training combined with psychological nursing, the control group routine psychological nursing, 6 weeks after the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （ HAMA ）,self-rating anxiety table （ SAS ）,self--rating depression scale （ SDS ） assessment. Results.The same group,2,4,6 weeks and two in group HAMA score before treatment with baseline values were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）, treatment for 2,4,6 weeks of study group SAS and SDS were obviously decreased than that before treatment （P〈0. 05）, 4,6weeks control group SAS and SDS scores after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased （P〈 0. 05） comparison between groups, there was significant in treatment 4.6 weeks of study group the HAMA score comparedwith the control group （P〈0. 05）;in 2,4,6 weeks of study group SAS, SDS scores and the control group was significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Psychological nursing of relaxation training can effectively improve patients＇ anxiety and clinical curative effect.
