摘  要:目的:探讨PBL教学方法在七年制医学生消化内科双语教学见习中的应用效果。方法:选择在我院实习的首都医科大学2007级及2008级七年制临床医学系及儿科系学生,分为实验组和对照组,对两组学生采取不同的教学方法,比较教学效果。结果:实验组学生理论及病例书写成绩均优于对照组学生;并在提高学习兴趣、活跃课堂气氛;提高搜集资料、阅读文献能力;提高互相合作及团队精神方面PBL教学法均优于传统方法。结论:PBL式双语教学可以提高教学效果和学生的素质,值得我们不断探索和研究。Ohjeodve: To evaluate the effects of PBL bilingual teaching method in probation of digesting internal medicine for seven-year students. Methods: To divide seven-year program students of 2007 and 2008 grade in clinical department and pediatric department of medicine into the LBL group and the PBL group with different teaching methods, and to prepare the teaching effect in the 2 groups. Results: There is significant difference in total examinationalscore. Compared with LBL, the PBL bilingual teaching has better effects on improving the abilities of collecting and analyzing data, analyzing and solving problems, increasing learning interest and so on. Conclusion: PBL is one of the good modes in the cultivation of talents.
