摘　　要：儿童自闭症的患病率已经逐年上升至我国精神类疾病的首位。研究人员在描述时使用了不同的标签如堪纳综合征、婴幼儿自闭症、儿童精神分裂症、儿童精神病等。儿童自闭症临床表现为生理、行为、认知、情绪等诸多方面;随着医学的发展和研究手段的改进,人们则多从生理因素方面来解释自闭症儿童的成因应该与儿童的中枢神经、神经传导、遗传基因、病毒感染、代谢异常等生理因素有着密切的关系,此外还和环境、养育方式等因素有很大关系。因而,治疗和干预应该采用综合模式。Recently the prevalence of autistic children is rising year by year. Incidence is at the top of the mental disease in our country. The researchers used in the description of different labels such as ＂Kanner disorder＂; ＂Infantile autism＂; ＂Childhood schizophrenia＂and ＂Neophrenia＂, etc. Autistic children＇ clinical manifestations is of various aspects：like physiological, behavior, cognition and emotion. With the development of medical science and research means of improving, people explain the causes should with children the physiological factors, such as central lesion, nerve conduction, genetic gene, virus infection and metabolic disorder etc;also with environment and raise the way. Thence the treatment should be using the integrated intervention model.
