摘 要:阐述了矿热炉的工作原理,结合无功补偿的现状,设计出矿热炉高低压联合无功补偿控制系统。进行了系统的结构及方案设计、软件设计。采用电力变送器分别从电炉变压器的一次侧和二次侧进行电气参数的数据采集,通过串口通讯把数据传输给上位机,通过可编程控制器进行监控,提高了矿热炉的自动化和智能化程度。The working principle of the submerged arc furnace is introduced. In combination with the current situation of the reactive power compensation, a high and low voltage reactive united power compensation control system of submerged arc furnace is designed. The systematic structure and software design are performed. Power transmitter is used to collect the electrical parameters from the furnace transformer~ primary side and secondary side respectively. The data is uploaded to the host computer via the serial communication. The system is monitored through the Programmable Logic Controller( PLC), which improves the automation and intelligence of the submerged arc furnace.
