摘  要:幼儿教师职业倦怠不仅影响他们工作的情感和精力的投入,而且影响他们教育能力的发挥,更为重要的是影响幼儿身心发展。为了解贵州省幼儿教师的职业倦怠程度及影响因素,提出缓解幼儿教师职业倦怠的对策建议,提升他们的幸福感特开展研究。Burnout of preschool teachers affected not only the emotion and effort of put into their work, but also affected their ability to play educational, more important was the impact of the development of children physically and mentally. In order to understand the degree of burnout and influencing factors of preschool teachers in Guizhou Province, and put forward to suggestions, and enhance their well--being.
