未婚妊娠女青少年的心理和社会因素调查及对策

摘　　要：目的:通过调查未婚妊娠女青少年的心理、社会因素,探讨她们的性心理、性行为特征,为防止或减少青少年未婚妊娠提供对策。方法:对1998年10月～1999年6月在我院就诊的未婚妊娠青少年妇女共118例进行问卷调查。结果:118例中年龄最小者15岁。对异性感兴趣年龄最小为13岁,15岁以前占15.6％,17岁以前占41.0％。交男友年龄最小为14岁,53.5％的人是在对异性感兴趣后1年内开始交男友,但有19.7％是先交男友,之后的1～3年内才对异性发生兴趣。文化程度愈低,赞成性自由及性生活高频度的人的比例愈高。首次性关系时46.6％的人无避孕知识,78.8％的人未采用避孕措施。有50.7％的人认为在未婚青少年中发放避孕药具有助于减少人工流产。结论:青少年未婚妊娠危害很大,要动员家庭、学校、社会各方面的力量从多方入手,防止或减少其发生,为此在青少年中开展性教育,给以正确的引导是必要而迫切的。To provide some countermoves for preventing or decreasing the unmarried pregnantgirls and examining the features of their sexual mentality and behaviour. Methods: Asking 118 cases of unmarried pregnant girls coming to doctors in our hospital from October 1998 to June 1999 by questionaires. Result:Results of the 118 cases of the unmarried pregnant girls,the youngest was 15 years old. The youngest being interested in male is 13 years old. 15. 6% of those girls were less than 15 years old,and 41. 0% were less than 17. The youngest starting to have a boy friend was 14. 53. 5% of them started to make boy friends after being interested in male for one year. However, 19. 7% of them took no interest in male until one or three years after they had boy friends. The less education they received,the more they would approve of sexual-freedom and high-rate sexual relations. 46. 6% of them didn't know anything about contraception when having the first sexual relation,and 78. 8% didn't take any contraceptive measurex. 50. 7% of them believed that it would help decrease abortion rate to distribut contraceptives among unmarried adolescents. Conclusion: Pregnancy of ummarried girls is harmful,therefore we should mobilize forces of families,of schools and of society to prevent and decrease pregnancy among unmarried girls in verious ways. As a result, it is necessary and urgent to teach adolescents some sex knowledge and give them some beneficial guidance.
