垂体后叶素对门脉高压性胃病胃粘膜灌注的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨垂体后叶素对门脉高压性胃病（ＰＨＧ）大鼠胃粘膜血流量（ＧＭＢＦ）和血浆胰高糖素的影响。方法部分结扎大鼠门脉主干２ｗｋ后，采用激光多普勒血流计（ＬＤＦ）测定大鼠 ＧＭＢＦ，观察了垂体后叶素输注前和输注后 ３０ｍｉｎ ＧＭＢＦ，门脉压力（ＰＶＰ）的变化；测定了输注垂体后叶素 ３０ｍｉｎ后血浆胰高糖素的含量。结果输注垂体后叶素 １０ｍｉｎ ＰＨＧ大鼠的 ＧＭＢＦ开始降低（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）， １５ｍｉｎ显著降低（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；输注垂体后叶素 ３０ｍｉｎ后显著降低 ＰＨＧ大鼠ＰＶＰ（Ｐ＜０．０５），而血浆胰高糖素无明显变化（ Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论垂体后叶素能有效降低ＰＨＧ大鼠ＧＭＢＦ，而对血浆胰高糖素无明显影响。Aim To observe the effects of vasopressin on gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF)and plasma glucagon level in rats with portal hypertensive gastropathy(PHG). Methods Two weeks after portal vein ligation, GMBF was assessed by laser Doppler flowetry, the changes of GMBF and PVP were observed before and 30min after intravenous administration of vaso- pressin,plasma glucagon were tested 30min after intravenous administration of vasopressin or saline.Results GMBF were reduced 10min (P < 0.05) and 15min (P < 0.01 ) after intravenous propranolol, vasopressin administration significantly decreased PVP(P < 0.01 ), but had no effect on plasma glucapn(P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Vasopressin educed GMBF of rats with PHG, and had no effect on plasma glucagon.
