摘　　要：近年来，针对慢性淋巴细胞白血病（CLL）细胞增殖和存活关键信号转导通路的小分子靶向治疗备受关注，并逐渐形成了CLL的治疗新模式。现对CLL新的治疗模式及2012年第54届美国血液学会（ASH）年会相关进展进行概述。Recognition has been achieved in the molecular targeting of several key signaling transduction pathways governing cell survival and proliferation in ehronie lymphocytic leukemia （CLL）. A milestone in CLL treatment is reached. This review provides a brief summary of the 54th ASH annual meeting, fucusing on recent advances in the preclinical and clinical investigation of promising target-directed therapeutic agents.
