摘　　要：目的 :探讨切除侧颅底肿瘤的最佳入路。方法 :4 4例患者中 ,采用下颌外旋入路 17例 ,耳后C形切口入路 16例 ,上颌外旋入路 7例 ,颞额入路 4例。结果 :2 5例良性肿瘤术后无复发 ;19例恶性肿瘤中 ,术后生存不足 1年 2例 ,1年以上 4例 ,2年以上 7例 ,3年以上 6例。结论 :下颌外旋入路适用于切除咽旁间隙、颞下窝、鼻咽部、口咽部、蝶骨、斜坡及上颈椎肿瘤 ;Objective:To seek for better approaches in the resection of lateral skull base tumors. Method: 44 patients with lateral skull base tumors were treated by surgery,the surgical procedures were maxillary swing approach in 7 cases,mandibular swing approach in 17 cases,postauricular “C” incision approach in 16 cases,temporofrontal approach in 4 cases.Results:25 cases with benign tumors had no recurrence.In 19 cases of malignant tumors,2 died in one year postoperatively ,4 survived for one year,7 for two years,6 for three years.Conclusion:The mandibular swing approach fits the dissection of parapharyngeal space, infratemporal fossa,pharynx,sphenoid,sphenoik bone,clivus and upper cervical vertebrat tumors.The postauricular “C” incision approach applies to resection of temporal tumors.
