摘  要:公共自行车系统是落实公交优先,解决最后一公里交通问题的有效措施之一。通过发展公共自行车,可改善公共交通服务水平,合理限制使用小汽车等组合交通措施,实现吸引小汽车出行向公共交通转移。该文结合北京丰台科技园区公共自行车规划研究的工作实践,探讨根据园区的特点,明确服务主体,对公共自行车系统的功能进行定位,从而确定系统规模,以对规划进行总量控制。根据公共自行车规划特点,分类分块设置服务站点,制定出不同的设置方案,并提炼近期实施方案。通过对各服务站点配车进行平衡,使衔接地铁、公交的服务站点规模,与服务公建和居住站点的规模相当。为保证规划的可实施性,对站点的具体设施、路权等进行了分析。The public bicycle system is one of the efficient measures to carry out the bus priority and to solve the traffic problem of the last 1 kilometer.The development of public bicycle can improve the service level of public traffic,is the combined traffic measures to reasonably limit the use of cars,and realizes the travel of car to transfer to the public traffic.According to the working practice of public bicycle planning study in Beijing Fengtai Science and Technology Park,the article discusses the characteristic of the park,makes clear the service subject and orientates the function of public bicycle system so as to determine the system scope and to carry out the overall control of the planning.Based on the planning characteristic of public bicycle,the service sites are set up by classification and blocks,the different setup schemes are drafted and the short-term implementation scheme is refined.The balance of the bicycle preparation every service site makes the service site scope of linking up with the metros and buses be equivalent to the scope of serving the public buildings and residential areas.In order to guarantee the practicability of the planning,the article analyzes the detail facilities and road right of the sites.
