观察复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗消化不良的疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的通过临床分析,观察复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗消化不良的疗效和安全性。方法认真回顾分析我院在2011年11月至2012年11月所诊断的200例消化不良患者的临床资料。按照1:1的比例将他们分为实验组与对照组,实验组患者在餐后立即服用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片3片,3次/d,15d一个疗程,对照组患者用餐后立即服用安慰剂3片,3次/d,15d一个疗程。对两组患者治疗前后每天用餐情况进行评估,消化不良症状的积分以及副作用等。结果治疗一个疗程后,实验组患者的食欲明显提高,相比对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的消化不良症状的积分也明显低于对照组;对照组出现的腹泻、腹胀痛等不良反应也高于实验组。结论复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗消化不良患者能够取得比较好的效果,其副作用小,无严重不良反应,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective Through the clinical analysis, observation of compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets in the treatment efficacy and safety of poor digestion. Methods The clinical data of 200 cases of se- rious review of patients with dyspepsia analysis to our hospital in 2011 November to 2012 November diagnosis to analyze. According to the ratio of 1：1 were divided into experimental group and control group, patients in the experimental group were immediately after a meal to take compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets 3 tablets, three times a day, 15 days for a course of treatment, patients in the control group immediately after the meal to placebo 3 tablet, three times a day, 15 days for a course of treatment. Assessment of the two groups before and after treatment every meal, integral dyspeptic symptoms and side effects. Results After a course of treatment, patients in the experimental group＇s appetite increased significantly, compared to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; integral dyspeptic symptoms in experimental group were also significantly lower than the control group; control group had diarrhea, pain and other adverse reactions were also higher than the experimental group. Conclusion Compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with dyspepsia can achieve good effect, little side effect, no serious adverse reactions, high security, is worthy of clinical application.
