摘　　要：目的　探讨男性乳腺癌的危险因素及临床特征。方法　结合文献 ,回顾性分析 15例男性乳腺癌患者的临床资料。结果　男性乳腺癌的发病与年龄、雌激素水平等密切相关 ,临床上具有病期晚、预后差等特征。结论　尽管男性乳腺癌发病率低 ,但由于其预后差 ,死亡率高 ,因此尚需深入研究。Objective To discuss the risk factors and clinical features of male breast cancer.Methods Combined with reviewing literatures,the data of diagnosis and treatment of fifteen cases of male breast cancer from 1988 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Male breast cancer is closely related with age,level of estrogen and so on.It has the clinical characteristics of advanced stage and poor prognosis.Conclusions Despite low incidence of male breast cancer, it needs to be studied further due to its poor prognosis and high mortality. [
