摘 要:在干旱条件下,选择不同抗旱性马铃薯品种,通过不同施磷量盆栽试验,研究磷素营养对不同抗旱性马铃薯品种抗旱性的影响。结果表明,增施磷肥可以通过促进马铃薯根系生长,增加根冠比,提高根系活力和叶片SOD活性,增加脯氨酸含量,降低丙二醛含量,进而提高马铃薯的抗旱性。干旱胁迫下,磷营养的变化对马铃薯叶片叶绿素含量的变化无显著影响。A pot experiment was carried out with different drought-resistant potato cultivars to identify the effects of phosphorus application on potato adaptability under drought stress, The results showed that phosphorus fertilization could promote root growth and the ratio of root to shoot. Inaddition, it could increase the root activity, SOD activity, and the proline content, but decreased MDA content, which could enhance the resistance of the potato to drought stress. The change of phosphorus nutrition had no significant effect on the content of chlorophyll in potato leaves.
