摘 要:对黑龙江省五大连池地区香鳞毛蕨总酚、简单酚和单宁含量及土壤养分和土壤酶活性进行测定,并通过相关性分析研究香鳞毛蕨生长地的土壤特征及土壤因子对有效成分的影响,为香鳞毛蕨合理栽培及施肥措施改进提供科学依据。结果表明,不同采集地香鳞毛蕨有效成分、土壤养分和土壤酶活性均存在差异,土壤因子对香鳞毛蕨酚类物质的积累有一定影响,其中磷对酚类物质的积累具有促进作用,而全氮和速效钾对简单酚有一定抑制作用。Study of soil factors on the impact of the effective constituents in Dryopteris fragrans L. Schott provided a basis for the introduction and domestication of D. fragrans, total phenols, simple phenols and tannin content of D. fragrans that from Wudalianchi, the soil enzyme activity and nutrients were analyzed. Through correlation analysis study the effects of soil factors on effective constituents. The results showed that the total phenols, simple phenols and tannin content of D. fragrans from different habitats were different, and the soil nutrients and enzyme activity were aslo different. Soil factors had certain effects on accumulation of phenolic compounds, phosphorus had significantly positive effect on accumulation of phenolic compounds, while the total nitrogen and available potassium had certain inhibition effects on simple phenols.
