摘 要:目的:评估血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、N末端B型钠尿肽原(NT-proBNP)的联合检测在急性脑梗死患者中的诊断价值。方法:分析脑梗死患者106例(实验组)及健康体检者100例(对照组)的Hcy及NT-proBNP的检测结果,并进行对比研究。结果:与对照组相比,实验组患者Hcy及NT-proBNP水平均显著升高(P<0.01)。Hcy对脑梗死的诊断敏感性为68.6%,特异性为68.4%;NT-proBNP对脑梗死的诊断敏感性为84.6%,特异性为60.2%;而二者联合检测对脑梗死诊断的敏感性为91.3%,特异性为73.3%。患者NT-proBNP水平与Hcy呈正相关(r=0.789)。结论:联合检测Hcy及NT-proBNP可以及时对脑梗死进行早期诊断,提高诊疗效果。Objective:To investigate the concentration of amino-terminal pro-brain natriuetic peptide (NT-proB- NP) and homocysteine(Hcy) in patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction. Methods .. One hundred and six pa- tients admitted to the hospital suffening from acute cerebal infarction were studied as test group and 100 healthy peo- ple were selected as control group. Detection NT-proBNP and homocysteine to evaluate the significence of NT-proB- NP and Hcy in patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction. Results :The concentration of NT-proBNP and Hcy in test group is great higher than the control group (P〈0.01). The senstivity of diagnosis of Hcy to acute cerebral In- farction is 68.6% ,the specificity is 68.4% ,and the senstivity of diagnosis of NT-proBNP to acute cerebral Infraction is 84.6% the specificity is 60.2%. The senstivity of combined examination is 91.3% ,The specificity is 73.3%. NT- proBNP and Hcy has positive correlation r= 0. 789. Conclusion ..Acute cerebral infarction can independently cause the raise of the concentration of NT-proBNP and Hcy,NT-proBNP and Hcy have a high specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of acute cerebral Infraction. If they are measured together, the diagnosis rate may be improved, so it may raise the effective rate of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
