摘　　要：本文介绍在药效学研究的实验中,应用计算机技术测量,处理血流信号的新方法,通过分离实验动物左冠状动脉的旋支,接入电磁流量计探头,直接引出血流波形,经计算机采集,得到与左室压,动脉压,心电图等同步的血流信号,再由计算机对血流信号的基本参数进行计算分析,为深入进行有关药效学研究提供了新手段。In this paper, a new method of processing blood flow signals using computer technique in the pharmacodynamics research experiments is introduced. The left coronary artery of a dog was detached and the probe of a blood flow meter was inserted, thus the waveform of the blood flow was detected. The blood flow signals synchronous with some blood dynamic signals as left ventricular pressure,artery pressure and electrocardiogram were obtained, and then the basic parameters were calculated and analyzed in computer.
