摘　　要：人本主义理论是一种新的教育理念,它强调以学生为中心,重视人的个性发展,对推动大学英语教学改革具有积极意义。英语课堂教学引入人本主义理论,不仅能促进学生的语言能力,还能促进其它能力的形成,从而实现人的可持续发展。人本主义理论教学理念与实践经验对促进我国当前的大学英语教学改革具有较好的借鉴意义。The Humanistic theory is a new educational philosophy,which emphasizes the student-centered and the development of the human personality.This has a positive effect on promoting the reform of college English teaching.The introduction of the theory to English classroom not only promotes students’ language ability,but also promotes the formation of other capabilities to achieve sustainable development.The humanistic theory provides references and inspiration for the current reform of college English teaching in the teaching philosophy and practice experience.
