摘　　要：高职师资队伍水平的高低是决定高职教育质量的关键。通过对三所高职院校师资队伍结构、教师的业务素质和能力、教科研及服务社会能力三方面进行的调查研究,提出了地方政府在高职师资队伍专业化建设中的"位"与"为"。It＇ s the fact that educational quality of higher vocational college is influenced by the level of the teachers. The article makes researches into three aspects, such as the structure of the teachers, teachers＇ professional quality and teachers＇ ability of scientific research and social service, and then puts forward a new suggestion that the local government＇ s role and function can be played in the construction of teachers ＇ specialization in higher vocational college.
