摘　　要：政务信息资源开发和利用是为了解决政府部门间信息共享,实现业务部门之间的数据交换的主要措施,是电子政务发展的基础。本文阐述了对唐山市政务信息资源开发的总体设计,明确了总体任务,提出了建设唐山市政务信息资源共享交换和应用体系,对唐山市四大基础数据库进行了分析,明确了唐山市政务信息资源开发和利用的发展方向。In order to solve the problem of sharing information between government departments and realize data exchange and share between business units, the development and utilization of government information resources had become the basis of e - government＇s development. This paper describes the overall design of Tangshan government information resources development, defines the overall mission and proposes to con- struct resource sharing, exchange and application system of Tangshan government information. This paper also analyzes Tangshan＇s four basic databases and clears the direction that the development and utilization of Tangshan government information resources will go to.
