摘　　要：目的:检测Id-1 mRNA在体外培养的人皮肤鳞状细胞癌A431细胞中的表达。方法:采用RT-PCR法检测Id-1 mRNA在人皮肤鳞状细胞癌A431细胞和角质形成细胞中的表达。结果:Id-1 mRNA在A431细胞中高表达,而在人角质形成细胞中低表达或不表达。结论:Id-1 mRNA的高表达可能与皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发生有关。Objective： To detect the expression of Id- 1 protein in human squamous cell carcinoma A431 cell line. Methods： RT- PCR was used to detect the expression of Id- 1 protein mRNA in human keratinocytes （HaCaT cells） and A431 cell line derived from human cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Results： The expression level of Id- 1 in A43I cells was significantly higher compared with HaCaT cells. Conclusion： Id - 1 expression may be related Io the formation of squamous cell carcinoma.
