摘 要:目的探讨瘦素及其受体在膀胱肿瘤中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化检测及显微镜观察瘦素及其受体在膀胱肿瘤组织中的表达,选择2012年5月~2012年12月山西医科大学第一临床医院经病理确诊为膀胱肿瘤的标本10例,经患者及其家属同意后进行试验,将不同肿瘤分期的标本分为两组,浅表组和浸润组,每组5例患者,并与其癌旁组作为对照,每个标本分别从癌旁组织、浅表组织和浸润组织中各选取不同位置的5块组织进行重复测定。结果瘦素在癌旁组织、浅表组织和浸润组织中不表达,瘦素长受体(Ob-Rb)在癌旁组织、浅表组织、浸润组织中不表达,而瘦素短受体(Ob-Ra)均表达。瘦素Ob-Ra在癌旁组中表达对比浅表组及浸润组均较强,区别明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在浅表组中表达对比浸润组较强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瘦素在膀胱组织中不表达;瘦素Ob-Rb在膀胱组织中不表达;瘦素Ob-Ra可在膀胱组织中不同程度的表达,并与肿瘤组织的浸润程度呈反比,提示瘦素Ob-Ra可能与膀胱癌的发生发展相关。Objective To explore the expression and significance of leptin andits receptor in tissue of bladder cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry and microscope are adopted to detect and observe the expression of leptin and its receptor in tissue of bladder cancer. The 10 cases of specimen which are diagnosed as bladder tumor in the First Clinical Hospital of Shanxi: Medical University from May 2012 to December 2012 are chose, which were experimented after the consent of these patients and their families. The specimens of different tumor stage were divided into two groups, superficial group and invasive group, in which there were five patients in each group and group of adjacent to carcinoma tissue is as the controlling group. 5 tissues of every specimen selected respectively in the different position from the adjacent to carcinoma tissue, superficial tissue and invasive tissue are measured repeatedly. Results'It is found that lelStin does not express in adjacent tO carcinoma tissue, superficial tissue and invasive tissue. Long form of leptin receptors (Ob-Rb) don't express in adjacent to carcinoma group, superficial group and invasive group, while short form of leptin receptors (Ob-Rb) express. Compared with superficial group and invasive group, the expression of short form of leptin receptors(Ob-Rb ) in group of adjacent to carcinoma tissue is more stronger. The variance is Statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Compared with invasive group, the expression of superficial tissue is stronger. The variance is statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Leptin does not express in tissue of bladder cancer. Long form of leptin receptors(Ob-Rb ) donot express in tissue of bladder cancer. Short form of leptin receptors can express in tissue of bladder cancer to varying degrees and is inversely proportional with the infiltrating extent of tissue of tumor, suggesting that Short form of l'eptin receptors (Ob-Ra) may be associated with the development of bladder cancer.
