摘　　要：无机三氧化聚合物是一种被广泛应用于口腔领域新型材料。它有良好的的边缘封闭性、生物相容性、生物活性,可用于直接间接盖髓术、牙髓切断术、髓室底、侧壁穿孔修补术、根尖诱导成形术、根尖屏障术、根尖倒充填术、牙髓血运重建技术等。该研究就无机三氧化聚合物理化特性和在口腔临床治疗中的应用作一综述。Mineral trioxide aggregate is a kind of new material used widely in dental field. It has good edge closeness,biocompatibility and biological activity,and can be used to direct or indirect pulp capping, pulpotomy,perforation repair of pulp chamber floor and side wall,apexification, apical barrier technique, retrograde filling of root pour,dental pupl revascularization and so on.This article made a summary of the physical and chemical properties and the application in the oral clinical treatment of mineral trioxide aggregate.
