摘 要:目的观察拟定的复合营养素配方对模拟失重大鼠骨代谢指标变化的影响。方法采用尾部悬吊法建立大鼠模拟失重模型,运用均匀设计方法对拟定的复合营养素配方进行优化,并在此基础上应用阳性对照法对优化后的配方进行实验验证。结果经均匀设计设计实验筛选出的复合营养素配方对模拟失重大鼠的多项骨生物力学指标、血生化指标以及骨密度均有改善作用,且绝大部分指标与阳性对照药物改善作用相近,甚至个别指标要优于阳性对照组。结论经优化后的复合营养素配方对模拟失重大鼠的骨丢失有改善效果。Objective To observe and validate the effect of the compounding nutrients on bone metabolism in simulated weightlessness rats. Methods Simulated Weightless model was founded with tail-suspended rats. The designed nutrient compound prescription was optimized with uniform design method. Results Many indices of simulated weightlessness rats, including biological mechanical, bone density and blood biochemical of bone metabolism were ameliorated by the optimized nutrient compounds. In simulated weightlessness rats. Most of their amolioration were similar as other positive control drugs, even better in a few indices. Conclusion The bone loss of simulated weightlessness rats is ameliorated by the optimized compounding nutrients.
