头顶部皮脂腺瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,49岁。头顶部出现绿豆大淡红色皮下结节7年。手术切除后病理回报为真皮内肿瘤,细胞以基底样细胞为主,少量皮脂腺细胞,无收缩间隙,未形成小叶结构,可见极个别核分裂象。诊断:皮脂腺瘤。随访半年,未见复发及内脏肿瘤。A 49-year-old male have developed a light red subcutaneous nodules of ,hung hean size on his sealp for 7 years. The histopathology shows a dermal tumor composed of mainly basaloid cells, some sebaceous gland cells, no retraction space or lobular structures. A few mitoses were seen, but with no atypia. The diagnosis was sebaceoma. Neither relapse nor internal eancer was found on follow-up visit six months later.
