摘  要:采用X射线衍射法对5E83铝合金TIG对接焊接接头进行表面残余应力测试,获得了焊接接头表面残余应力分布。对应力测试结果进行了处理,分析了对接接头残余应力分布的规律及影响铝合金焊接接头X射线残余应力测试的因素,探讨了残余应力的存在对接头性能的影响。结果表明,在接头纵截面上存在纵向应力及横向应力稳定区,纵向及横向应力最大值分别为69MPa和125 MPa。接头横截面上,仅在焊缝及靠近焊缝区域存在拉应力,远离焊缝的区域处于压应力状态。Surface residual stress distribution in TIG(tungsten inert-gas) welded joint of 5E83 aluminium alloy was tested by X-ray diffraction method.The stress results were processed,and the distribution of the residual stress was investigated.The main influencing factors of residual stress measurement for aluminium alloy welded joint were discussed.The effect of residual stress on carrying capacity was analyzed.The test showed that the stable stress region exists in the longitudinal section of welded joint,and the longitudinal and transverse stress maximum are 69MPa and 125 MPa,respectively.In transverse section,the tensile stress only presents on the region near the joint,and the compressive stress occurs far away from the welded joint.
