摘　　要：目的分析巨大子宫肌瘤的临床表现与MSCT、MRI特征。方法收集28例经手术、病理证实的最大直径>7cm的巨大子宫肌瘤患者,分析其临床及MSCT、MRI表现并与手术病理对照。结果 28例共37个瘤体,其中浆膜下肌瘤15例,肌壁间肌瘤9例,黏膜下肌瘤4例。MSCT平扫肌瘤密度均混杂不均,增强扫描呈不均匀强化,其中4例主要表现为囊性变性。病变MR平扫T1WI为等或略低信号,T2WI为混杂信号,增强扫描呈不均匀强化。结论巨大子宫肌瘤的MSCT、MRI表现有一定特征性,对诊断巨大子宫肌瘤有较高临床价值。Objective To analyze the clinical findings as well as MSCT and MRI manifestations of giant uterine leiomyo- mas. Methods Twenty-eight patients of giant uterine leiomyomas with the maximum diameter over 7 cm confirmed with pathology were reviewed. The clinical findings, MSCT and MRI manifestations were analyzed and compared with patholo- gy. Results There were 37 tumors in 28 patients, and tumors located in subserousa of uterus in 15 patients, in myometri- um in 9 patients, in submucosa in 4 patients. MSCT plain scan showed uneven mixed density massesd, enhanced images showed uneven enhanced, and cystic degeneration was seen in 4 patients. Giant uterine leiomyomas showed isointensity or slight hypointensity on T1WI, mixed signal on T2WI, and enhanced images showed uneven enhanced signals. Conclusion MSCT and MRI manifestations of giant uterine leiomyomas have some specific features, which have great clinical value in diagnosing this disease.
