摘　　要：摘要：目的分析脑胶质细胞增生的MRI表现，提高诊断准确性。方法网顾性分析7例经手术病理证实的脑胶质细胞增生MRI图像资料。结果7例中。位于额叶3例，岛叶2例，颞叶2例．均为单发。轻度脑胶质细胞增生2例。中度脑胶质细胞增生3例，重度脑胶质细胞增生2例。病灶均位于皮层或皮层下，病变区域脑组织略肿胀．呈斑片状长T2wI信号．Ｔ2一FI．AIR及DWI序列呈高信号，轻度脑胶质细胞增生T3，wI呈等信号，中度、重度脑胶质细胞增乍T，wI呈稍低信砂。痫变与剧Ⅲ脑组织分界不清，周同无明显水肿，2例轻度和3例【中度脑胶质细胞增生病例均无叫显^位效应，2例重度胶质细胞增生病例可见轻度占位效应。增强检查7例病例均无明湿强化。MRS提示胆碱（Cho）、』帆酸（Cr）升高．N一乙酰灭门冬氰酸（NAA）下降。结论呐胶质细胞增生MRI具有与其病理学基础相对应的特征性表现，正确认识有助丁确诊，仔细分析可以与星形细胞瘤、少突胶质细胞瘤等病变鉴圳。Objective To investigate the MR features of gliosis, so that to improve the diagnostic accuracy of this disease. Meth- ods MR images of 7 patients with gliosis proved by surgery and pathological examination were retrospectively analysed. Results All tumors were single-originated and located in cerebral cortex or sub cortex with unclear border, 3 cases located in frontal lobe, 2 cases in insular lobe, 2 cases in temporal lobe. There were 2 cases of mild gliosis, 3 cases of moderate gliosis and 2 cases of severe gliosis. The cerebral lesions were swelling, appeared hyperintense on 72W＇I, T2-FI-AIR and DWI. 2 cases with mild gliosis appeared isoin- tense on T~ WI, while 3 cases with moderate gliosis and 2 cases of severe gliosis showed hypointense on Tl WI. 2 cases of mild gliosis and 3 cases of moderate were neither edema nor mass effect, 2 cases of severe gliosis showed slightly mass effect without edema. Seven cases with g/iosis had no enhancement on gadolinium-enhanced ＂]＇1 WI. MRS indicated increased choline and creatine contents and a decreased N-aminosuccinic acid level. Conclusion Gliosis has certain MRI characteristics consistent with its pathological find- ings, which is helpful in diagnosis and differentiation from astrocytoma and oligodendroglioma.
