摘　　要：S100P是小型钙离子结合蛋白,属于S100家族成员,通过细胞内或细胞外功能调节细胞的各种过程,并参与各种病理过程。越来越多的研究表明,S100P在各种肿瘤细胞中异常表达,并与肿瘤细胞的生长、转移、化疗药物的耐药、新陈代谢以及不良的临床预后有关。该文主要介绍了S100P在消化道肿瘤中的功能和作用机制,及其作为新的诊断和药物治疗靶点的可能性。Abstract S 100P is a small calcium-binding protein that belongs to S 1 O0 protein family. It functions as extracellular and/or intracellular regulators of diverse cellular processes and participates in various human patholo- gies. S 100P expression was detected in many different cancers, and its expression is associated with tumor growth, metastasis, drug resistant and poor clinical outcome. This review focuses on the functions and mechanisms of S 100P, and the S 100P protein may serve as a potential biomarker and therapy target in digestive system cancer.
