摘　　要：目的测定蝙蝠葛酚性碱对胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖的影响。方法通过MTr法和台盼兰法，观察蝙蝠葛酚性碱在不同浓度，不同时间条件下，对胃癌细胞SGC-7901增殖作用的影响。结果蝙蝠葛酚性碱能明显抑制SGC-7901细胞的增殖，并呈剂量和时间依赖关系，随浓度增大和作用时间延长其抑制率呈上升趋势。结论蝙蝠葛酚性碱对胃癌可能具有一定治疗作用。Objective To determine the effect of phenolic alkaloids of menispermum dauricum on the gastric cancer cell SGC -7901 proliferation. Methods We studied the effect of phenolic alkaloids of menisper- mum at different concentrations and different times on the gastric cancer cell SGC - 7901 proliferation by MTr and trypan blue methods. Results PAMD can obviously inhibit SGC - 7901 cell proliferation, and is dose - and time - dependent relationship with extended periods of concentration increase. Its role and inhibition rate was on the rise. Conclusion PAMD may have some therapeutic effect on gastric cancer.
