摘 要:目的观察常规剂量分割照射模式下单次照射时间延长对肺癌细胞系H520放射生物效应的影响。方法(1)肺鳞癌细胞株H520离体培养,分组进行照射,利用克隆形成实验计算细胞存活比率(SS);(2)细胞给予总剂量为2Gy、4Gy、6Gy、8Gy的照射,并按照每日单次照射时间的不同分为A组(照射2分钟组)、B1组(照射10分钟组)、B2组(照射30分钟组)。观察延长照射时问对肺鳞癌细胞株H520存活比率的影响。结果伴随单次照射总时间的延长,实验细胞的存活比率逐渐提高,接受照射总剂量为8Gy的H520细胞株,A组细胞存活比率为1.9%;B1组和B2组存活比率分别为2.35%和3.42%。A组与B2组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论常规剂量分割模式下延长单次照射时间,显著降低了放射治疗对I-1520细胞的生物效应。Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the radiobiological effects of lung squa- mous cancer cell line H520 irradiated over prolonged single fraction dehvery time in the conventional dose frac- tionated mode. Methods ( 1 ) The H520 cell lines were cultured in vitro, and then irradiated by groups. Its sur- vival fractions (SF)were calculated with standard clonogenic assays. (2)The total doses of 2 Gy ,4 Gy,6 Gy, 8 Gy were given to the cells, which were divided into groups by different single fraction delivery time:group A (group ir- radiated for 2 mins), group BI (group irradiated for 10 rains), and group B2 (group irradiated for 30 mins), and observed the impact on the survival fractions of H520 cell line with prolonged fraction delivery time. Results The cell surviving fractions increased when the interfraction interval was longer. The values of SF 8 Gy were 1.9% in group A,2.35% in group B1 ,and increased to 3.42% in group B2 ,respectively. The difference between group A and group B2 was statistically significant (P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion The prolonged fraction delivery time would significantly decrease the radiobiological effects of lung squamous cancer cell line H520 in the conventional dose fractionated mode.
