摘　　要：教学评估督导是保证学校教学质量的有效途径,对促进教师教学、完善教学管理、提供决策咨询发挥着重要作用。本文基于江苏电大2010、2011年的教学督导检查结果,通过总结教学评估督导的实践内容与经验,从而提出教学评估督导过程中需要处理好的几种关系。Implementing an evaluation is one of the effective approaches to guaranteeing a school's teaching quality in that it could promote teachers' teaching,improve teaching management,and provide decision consulting.This paper reviews Jiangsu Radio and TV university's practice in teaching supervision and monitor between 2010 and 2011,and summarizes some problems that shall be cautiously dealt with in the process of assessment.
