摘　　要：目前高校学生会文化存在诸多问题,借鉴企业形象设计体系,在高校学生会实施形象系统设计会对学生会的文化建设、制度规范和长远发展起着极大的促进作用。对学生会外部发展来说,良好的组织形象可以提升学生会形象,增强学生会吸引力和号召力,既利于大型活动组织安排又利于学生会队伍的持续发展。At present college students culture has many problems.From the enterprise image design system in colleges and universities,students implement image system design for the student association of cultural construction,system standard and long-term development plays a great role.To students development,a good organization image can promote students image,enhance the students＇ union attraction and rallying point,both for the large activities arranged for students and the continuous development of the team.
