开放式创新与自主创新提升企业创新绩效研究——基于高新技术中小企业的多案例分析

摘　　要：近年来,开放式创新以协调企业内部和外部资源,通过内部和外部两条市场路径获取额外利润的模式受到企业界热捧,但同时在以自主创新为国家战略的大背景下,企业自身拥有独立自主知识产权又显得尤为重要,本文针对开放式创新和自主创新的双重战略选择下如何提升企业创新绩效展开案例研究。从大量调查案例中选取三个具有典型意义的案例展开探索性案例研究,通过案例内分析和跨案例对比分析,探讨基于开放式创新和自主创新协同的企业创新战略构建过程,以及企业创新绩效提升机理,发现企业的自主创新与开放式创新可能通过相互协同作用于企业创新绩效。研究结论期望对企业如何提升创新绩效提供一定的理论和实例借鉴。In recent years,through the internal and external two market path,open innovation coordinate the enterprise internal and external resources for extra profit pattern become the business hot holds,but at the same time,in the context of the national independent innovation strategy,enterprise itself has independent intellectual property rights appears very important,this paper started case studies on how to promote the enterprise innovation performance,while the double choices of open innovation and independent innovation strategy.From a large number of investigation cases select three typical cases of significance on exploratory case study,through the case analysis and comparative analysis cross there cases,this paper discusses open innovation and independent innovation based on collaborative independent innovation strategy constructing process,and enterprise innovation performance improvement mechanism,and found that the enterprise independent innovation and open innovation may through the mutual synergy in enterprise innovation performance.Research conclusion expects enterprise how to improve innovation performance by provide certain theory and practical reference.
