摘 要:通过田间试验,研究了3种植物生长调节剂对茶梢叶绿素荧光参数指标的影响。结果表明:油菜素内酯(BR)、细胞分裂素(CTK)、赤霉素(GA3)能使茶新梢叶片的电子传递速率(ETR)、有效量子产量(EQY)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)、Fv/F0、Fv/Fm较对照明显提高,并以GA3持续效果最好。而使非光化学猝灭(NPQ)较对照有所降低。3种植物生长调节剂可增加PSII反应中心开放比例,推动光合电子传递,提高茶梢叶片光合性能。Field experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of three plant growth regulator on leaves of New Tea Shoots' chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics. Results showed that compared with those in control group, electron photosynthetic transfer rate( ETR), effec-tive PS Ⅱ quantum yield(EQY), photochemical quenching cocfficient (qP), potential activities of PS Ⅱ ( Fv/Fo ) and conversion efficiency of primary light energy of PS Ⅱ ( Fv/Fm ) were distinctly enhanced in leaves with using of plant growth regulators as spring brassinolide ( BR), cytokinius (CTK) and gibbereUic acid (GA3 ), and the GA3 maintained the best lasting effect, while the non-photochemical quenching (NPQ) were decreased with the above growth regulators. The data presented in the paper suggested that the three plant growth regulators can add the open proportion of PS Ⅱ reaction center, promote photosynthetic electron transport, and enhance the function of photosynthesis in leaves on tea shoots.
