摘  要:以辽烟17为试材,用种植密度和施钾量2因素裂区设计,研究了种植密度和施钾量对烤烟品质效应的影响。结果表明,随着钾肥施用量的升高,烟叶移栽后80 d POD活性、钾含量、烟碱含量、氯含量、中性致香物质含量都随之有不同程度的增加,但钾肥施用量过高,烟碱含量反而降低。而随着种植密度的增加,烟叶单叶重、钾含量、氯含量、棕色化产物以及中性致香物质总量随之有不同程度的增加,但种植密度过高,中性致香物质总量反而降低。处理A2B2(1.2 m×0.55 m,1000株/667m2;667m2施钾:7.23 kg)烟叶油分足、色泽好、烟碱含量高、化学成分比例协调、香气量足。烤烟种植密度行株距为1.2 m×0.55 m,钾肥施用量约7.23 kg/667m2对提高烤烟烟叶的品质最为有利。In this paper, taken Liaoyan 17 as tested materials, the effects of planting density and K application level on the quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied by using split plot design. The result showed that the POD activity, potassium content, nicotine content, chlorine content, content of aroma components in flue-cured tobacco leaf were subsequently added with the increase of the amount of potash fertilizer in different degrees 80 days after planting, but the amount of potassium fertilizer was too high, the nicotine content would be lower. With the increase of planting density, single-leaf weight, potassium content, chlorine content, browning reaction products and the total amount of aro- ma components were added in different degrees, but the planting density was too high, the total neutral aroma components would reduce. Treatment A2B2 ( 1.2 m × 0.55 m, 1000 plants/667m^2 ; potassium fertilizer application dosage: 7.23 kg/667m^2 ) had high nicotine con-tent, got the coordination of chemical composition and attained sufficient content of aroma substances. Tobacco planting density with space to 1.2 m × 0.55 m, potash fertilizer application dosage: 7.23 kg / 667m^2 had the best effect on improving quality of flue-cured tobacco.
