清见和梨橙授粉90d后杂种胚的发育状况

摘  要:清见(Tangor)和梨橙(C.sinensis Osbeck)是珍贵的杂交育种材料,为更好的利用这些资源,以其作母本分别与红橘(C.tan-gerina hort.ex tanaka)和椪柑(C.reticulata Blanco)杂交,设置4对组合,并对授粉后90 d的幼胚实施胚抢救,观察统计杂种胚的发育情况。结果显示:①分别获得清见和梨橙的杂种胚为357粒和88粒,饱满种子305粒和9粒,正在败育胚52和79粒,完全败育种子187和191粒,胚败育率分别达到14.57%和89.77%;②两个母本的杂种胚均出现了败育,却存在明显差别;③建议在杂交育种中,清见作母本时利用成熟种子播种即可,而梨橙作母本时要依靠胚抢救获得杂种后代。Kiyomi (Tangor) and Licheng (C. sinensis Osbeck) were used as male parents to set up 4 hybrid combinations crossed with Hongju ( C. tangerina hort. ex tanaka) and ponkan ( C. reticulata Blanco), respectively. Then, the immature embryos 90 days after pollina-tion were rescued and the hybrid embryos were observed. The results showed that (i) 357 and 88 hybrid embryos from Kiyomi and Licheng were obtained, respectively, including 305 and 9 normal seeds, 52 and 79 seeds of imminent abortion, 187 and 191 complete abortion seeds and the embryo abortion rate reached 14.57% and 89.77%, respectively; (ii) both the two female parent hybrid embryos appeared abor-tive, but there was a significant difference; (iii) the mature hybrid seeds could sow directly into the soil when Kiyomi was used as female parent, while the hybrid progenies must rely on embryo rescue when Licheng was used as female parent.
