摘　　要：以内蒙古通辽市所产的向日葵杆为原料.用酸浸提法提取了向日葵杆中的果胶,并以半乳糖醛酸为对照品,用咔唑为显色剂对提取的果胶进行含量测定.求得标准曲线回归方程为y=0.0044x+0.128(R=0.9996),平均回收率为95.46%,相对标准偏差为1.57%(n=5).果胶含量为68.6%,果胶提取率为6.7%.The pectin was extracted from sunflower stalk which was produced from TongLiao inner Mongolia with acid extraction method, and the content of pectin was determined that the galacturonic acid as reference substance and the carbazole as chromogenic agent. The regression equation is y=0.0044x＋0.128 and coefficient of correlation r=-0.9996. The average recovery was 95.46%, RSD= 1.57% （n=5）.The content of pectin was 68.6%, the pectin extraction rate was 6.7%.
