摘　　要：手术治高血压脑出血疗已成为了一种趋势,采用合理的手术方式及最佳的手术时机,对阻断高血压脑出血急性期的恶性病程发展,提高生存率及生活质量具有一定的意义.现将高血压脑出血的发病机制及治疗现状、高血压脑出血手术时机的选择、手术适应证、各种手术方式及高血压脑出血的手术治疗效果等内容综述如下.It has become a trend to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by surgery. It is important to improve the survival rate and the quality of life by using rational operation methods and effective operation timing, and it is also useful to prevent the disease development of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the acute stage. The thesis analyses the effect of operation treatment, the nosogenesis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the present treatment status. The choice of operation timing, the operation indications and the comparison of operation methods will be used to probe into the surgical treatment effect in order to provide data for various patients of different blood type and amount of bleeding.
