血浆内皮素-1与原发性青光眼视功能损害程度相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性青光眼患者的血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)的水平变化与视神经损害程度分期的相关性,进而推测其在青光眼视功能损害进程中的意义.方法:选取原发性青光眼病人60例,依损伤严重眼的视野结果中的平均缺损值(mean defect,MD)分成三个实验组;同期确诊的20例老年性白内障病人为对照组.入院后行视野、血浆ET-1检查.结果:(1)实验组与对照组的年龄及体重差异无统计学意义(.2)实验组的血浆ET-1水平比对照组高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)(.3)三个实验组组内的第一组ET-1水平均比第二组高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)(.4)实验组组内ET-1与MD具有相关关系(P<0.05).结论:原发性青光眼患者的血浆ET-1水平与对照组相比明显升高,由此推测其与原发性青光眼视神经损害的程度分期存在相关关系,在血管功能失调过程中发挥重要作用.Objective： Through investigating the correlation between plasma endothelin-1 （ET-1） change and optic nerve damage degree in primary glaucoma, to infer the significance of ET-1 in visual impairment course of glaucoma. Methods： 60 cases of primary glaucoma were divided into three experimental groups according to the mean defect （MD） value of visual field of heavier damage eye; 20 cases of diagnosed senile cataract at the same period as control group. All patients underwent visual field test and plasma ET-1 examination after hospitalization. Results： （ 1 ） The age and weight between experimental groups and control group showed no statistical difference. （2） Plasma ET-1 in exper-imental groups were higher than that of control group and has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. （3） Plasma ET-1 in the first experimental group was higher than the second group in the three experimental groups and has statistical sig-nificance （P〈0.05）. （4） ET-1 and MD has correlation in the three experimental groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： plas-ma ET-1 level in primary glaucoma patients was significantly higher than that of control group, which indicates that it has correlation with the optic nerve damage degree in primary glaucoma, and plays an important role in the process of vascular dysfunction.
