摘 要:为了探寻合成查尔酮及氮杂查尔酮的高效环保新方法,通过固相条件下的机械振荡技术,以不同取代的苯甲醛与苯乙酮及2-乙酰吡啶为原料,以NaOH为催化剂,在30Hz的频率下振荡40~80min,合成出一系列查尔酮及氮杂查尔酮,产率为86%-97%.产物通过熔点、红外、核磁共振氢谱等进行了表征.结果表明.该方法具有较高的选择性和产率,相比常规液相反应条件,具有高效、绿色、经济等优点.Chalcone and azachalcone are widely applied in the field of pharmaceutical intermediate and organic syn- thesis. Therefore, it is of great importance to develop a novel, highly efficient and environment-friendly method for the synthesis of these compounds. Through a mechanical vibration method under solid phase condition, a series of chalcones and azachaleones are synthesized from various benzaldehydes with acetophenone and 2-acetyl pyridine, in which NaOH is used as the catalyst and a vibration frequency of 30 Hz is employed during 40-80 min. All the prod- ucts are characterized by melting point, IR and HNMR analysis. The results indicate that this mechanical vibration process exhibits very high selectivity and yield. Compared with conventional reaction conditions in solution, the pre- sent method is highly efficient, green and economical.
