生物化学教学实验葡聚糖凝胶层析的改进与完善

摘　　要：葡聚糖凝胶层析是生物化学领域常用的分离技术,也是生物化学实验教学中的一个典型实验。为了提高实验教学质量和解决实验教学中存在的一些问题,对该实验进行了改进与完善。选择优化了实验样品,改进了洗脱液配方,设计并采用自制仪器洗脱液瓶完善了层析系统,应用自编计算机程序处理实验数据并绘制曲线图,提高了实验教学效率,降低了实验成本,得到学生和教师的好评。Sephadex gel chromatography is a common separation technology in biochemistry field and a typical experiment in biochemical experiment teaching. In order to enhance the experiment teaching quality and resolve several problems in the experiment teaching, the experiment was improved and per- fected. The experimental sample was chosen and optimized. The composition of the eluent was im- proved. A self-made instrument eluent bottle was designed and used to make the chromatography sys- tem complete. A computer program compiled by ourselves was applied to process data and draw curves. These measures raised the experiment teaching efficiency, reduced the experiment cost, and got the favorable comment from students and teachers.
